Vita-Flex Points Hand Chart

These helpful Vita-Flex Reference Charts are great to use when working with essential oils on yourself or others. The charts are from Connie & Alan Higley’s Reference Guide for Essential Oils (Rev.Edition – AUG 2002), one of my favorite books for learning about how to use essential oils.

Hi – We lost our house and all that was in it in a fire last year. We are re-building our lives and i wanted to get back into my natural healing: reflexology, irodology, oils/aromatherapy, and accupressure. I had books on them and charts but we were under-inusred because my daughter and her 8 children had moved in before the fire for what we thought was just a year… Such is live…

Do you know where I can download a readable chart for these?

My daughter has IGA and my grandson has Kawasaki (pure white)I have too many problems to list and my husband has rotator cuff problems but is too old for the surgery (77). I am hoping to help him through the accupressure as he is scared of the accupuncture and we can’t afford that anyway.
I have so many prob

I am trying to find some charts and materials at free to resonable cost. I am presently teaching Gluten Free Living courses – just started – to earn some money. I am 66 and will have the first of 3 ear surgeries to replace depleting/gone bones and they want to fuse my back (hips and artificial knees are fine but the scoliosis is very bad + spurs on each vertebrae and bone on bone for 1/2 of the lower back and neck (rest not x-rayed) = can’t work at sales any more….dah. I also make up brochures and type for others.

Not complaining – making the best of things. I have also taught Herbs and may start a class on that + the Sept. classes: sprouting, yogurt-Home Made, Spices Made Easy, $ Saving Cooking Tips and Tricks
Whatever guidance, direction, etc. you can give me or share with me – would be deeply appreciated.
Thank You, Cathy I used to belong to Young Living Oils… i have a few of them left. My upline has left.

Gosh! Cathy ~ You’ve been handed a LOT to deal with. You seem to be a courageous, generous, resourceful woman….just the sort of sweet spirit the Creator loves (and sometimes tests).

Here’s the page where you should be able to download readable charts in PDF (Acrobat) format. (There was a link at the bottom of the page you found…to this page.) If you have trouble, printing them out, I can mail copies to you.

Perhaps you can find some of those reference books you especially valued as used books through Amazon.com (they have some really good deals) or in your library for free. Then you could photocopy the most important pages and keep them in a reference binder for yourself as you build your alternative health business. I don’t know where you live, but here in northern CA practitioners charge quite a bit for their services $75/hr for reflexology, massage, accupressure treatments, etc. In NYC it’s even more….like $90-$120/hr. So, don’t sell yourself short.

The sorts of classes you’re planning on teaching seem just right for the times we’re living in. I hope you’ll be a great success! Got an inquiry from a family practice doctor yesterday, who was wanting to learn more about herbs. This is not my area of expertise. If the doctor continues to seem interested, would you be in a position to do paid consultation….if he were willing to pay? And would you have recommendations on where he could source herbs? Let me know. I may be able to refer him to you.

Also, if you want to reinstate your YLO distributorship, you may be able to discuss that with YLO Distributor Network Services: 1-800-371-3515. Give them your YLO # and the name of your upline. If you’ve lost touch with your upline, you are permitted to change to someone else of your choice. If you’d like to work with me, my YLO is #168709. Or YLO may be able to put you in touch with your upline again.

Good-Luck with all your ideas! And let’s stay in touch,
Cynthe

what are good point to use foe swollen ankles.

Cynthe July 28, 2009 at 11:01 am

Debi ~ Sorry, didn’t see your question ’til just now.
Swollen ankles can be caused by various health issues, some of them more serious. Depending on what’s going on health-wise for you, I’d suggest seeing your doctor or going to a public health clinic to be checked out.

In the meantime, don’t wear tight socks or shoes; sit with your legs propped up if you can, sleep with the end of your bed raised slightly, etc. But do see your doctor to rule out other health concerns.
